Shell Cove Marina

Our Managing Director played a key role in this project while with a previous firm, leading involvement from design through construction. Responsibilities included site inspections, compliance oversight, development of the Operational Management Plan, navigation assessment, sediment sampling and analysis, and coordination through to final handover to Shellharbour City Council.
